Resize document

Resizing the document doesn't calculate properly when the ratio is constrained for at least units in feet and inches.

It also does this when trying to resize the "canvas" in centimetres.

 

Also, there is no function to resize as a %age of the original that I coud see.  This is a handy feature to have :)

Please see my reply here regarding percentages.

The resizing issues (locked ratio) are already logged. It happens with all units except pixels and points.
