rcorbari
Hi all, Why if I create a new file for device, it's by default in points and not pixels? Points should be used for design made for print. Or not? Thanks. Unmanned Systems Manager with passion for UX and UI Apple user since 1988
Oval
Pixels? Not for Nexus.
Staff Lee D Posted October 27, 2016 Staff Share Posted October 27, 2016 The devices in pts are Apple devices, they state the UI should be designed in points at a specified DPI which is how our presets are setup. The others just need the correct dimensions, so these are displayed in px.
rcorbari
So I understand you suggest to use points instead of pixels when designing for iOS. Correct? Unmanned Systems Manager with passion for UX and UI Apple user since 1988
