koenigsegg1 Posted August 7, 2016 Posted August 7, 2016 I'm trying to make transparent text with a drop shadow in the Windows Affinity Designer Beta. So far I have had no luck. I want the end result to be similar to this. (It's hard to tell, but the text is transparent) Is this possible? Quote
Staff MEB Posted August 7, 2016 Staff Posted August 7, 2016 Hi koenigsegg1, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Yes, it is. Follow those steps: - write the text - apply an Outer Shadow FX - still in the Layer Effects dialog set the Fill Opacity (on bottom right) to 0% koenigsegg1, ronnyb and My Strawberry Monkey 3 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
