walt.farrell Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Welcome to the Affinity forums, @BelaL. It would be helpful to know if you downloaded the MSIX installer or the MSI/EXE installer. Once you have it installed, you might try right-clicking on the application and choosing Run as Administrator, to see if that allows it to work. You might also try uninstalling it, and downloading the other kind of installer and see if that works better for you. Staff DWright Posted January 31 Staff Posted January 31 Hi @BelaL, Can you please check if your security software or Firewall is blocking the URLs https://affinity.api.serifservices.com and https://affinity.serif.com as these are used by Affinity Publisher to activate the app the first time that you open the app. BelaL 1 Quote
