I want to redownload my affinity photo and affinity designer. I have the order number but no product key on my recepit. I dont understandy why i can get what i paid for!

As a V1 owner who bought from the Microsoft Store, you would not need a product key, but you would need to ensure you download the apps again from the Microsoft Store and not directly from ourselves. Please see post below for help with that.

None of these suggestions have helped me. Microsoft says I need to contact you to get Version 1 of Photo and Designer, and Affinity says the opposite. Ive attached our conversation.
