In my Publisher file, I want the Zoom level to stay in "Actual size".  However, whenever I close Publisher and reopen the file, Publisher "forgets" that I had set it to "Actual size" and reverts to 100%, so each time I have to manually reset it to Actual size again.  (I'm used to Indesign simply remembering the zoom I had a file set to on closure, and reopening at the same zoom level automatically when I reopen the file).  Any way to achieve this?  Thanks.

It might be nice if the applications saved the last zoom level with the document and also gave the user a choice in Settings as to which zoom level to use when opening documents e.g. Last Used, Actual Size, 100%, Fit to Height, etc.).

I’m pretty sure that this has been requested before but if it hasn’t then creating a new request might help.

Except that when opened on a different computer with a different screen size that could be a problem. A local preference for zoom level on open might be nice though.

Another problem is when I jump to another page in a document (by typing the page number in the page number box on the bottom left, and hitting enter) - the zoom again resets to the default. So I'm having to constantly set it back to my preferred zoom level, as it never remembers it.
