No, but...

File > Close all

Will give just one dialog window with a box you can tick once and it will apply to all currently open documents

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

You can use menu “File → Close All” and then check the “Apply to All” control and then press the “No” button, but that’s about it as far as I know (apart from manually 'killing'/ending the application process, which I wouldn’t recommend).

Isn't the Esc key (or perhaps Shift-Esc) a usable shortcut to dismiss the dialog?

Esc is the shortcut for the Cancel button - it closes the dialog and leaves the document open. Cmd+D is the shortcut for the Don't Save button and varies by language.

The "N" key will dismiss the dialog and the document without saving the file, on Windows

It is "interesting" that the shortcut would be different between Mac and Windows! But I am glad there is one.
