Grid changes

If I select my objects, my grid will be changed! If I unselect my objects, the grid will go back to the grid I defined.

If you could give us a full-screen (whole application UI) screen recording then it might be easier for people to see:

• everything that is happening, and;
• exactly what you are doing when it’s happening, and;
• what the circumstances are when it’s happening, and;
• the application in which it’s happening.

Hi @GarryP. The bug is related to Affinity Designer.

If you check the artboard 2, you can see the bug.

Thanks for sharing the document.

If I click-select the layers in Artboard “2” then I don’t see a problem, but when I drag-select I can see the grid changing while I am dragging and then the grid goes back to what it should be once the drag action has completed.

The grid which is displayed during the drag action seems to be that of Artboard “1”, as can be seen by the ruler marks, but I don’t know why that should be.

What I see isn’t quite as bad as what’s in your video but it definitely looks odd to me.

Thank you, @GarryP for checking the bug and making the video. I checked this file with Affinity Designer 2.6 Beta. I didn't see the issue there.
