Jeff at JSJ Photography Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 I bought a new computer running Windows 11 with a high-end new graphics card upgrade and updated my Affinity Photo to version 1.10.6.1665. After successfully entering my product key and installing the updated V1, when I open any NEF file I get a black screen canvas, before and after selecting the "develop" button. I unchecked the hardware acceleration for the NVIDIA G-FORCE 4070 Super Ti GPU and restarted but still get a black screen. I do not have "FastPictureViewer Coded Pack" but I do use "FastStoneViewer" third party software to view my RAW .NEF files. Am I missing something or is my third party FSViewer software to blame? Please advise. ~Jeff Quote
GarryP Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 Have you checked that the camera is supported in 1.10? See here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/73699-faq-list-of-supported-raw-cameras-110x-for-desktop-lens-correction-list/ If it’s not in the list then it’s unlikely to be supported in 1.10 as development of the V1 software has been (effectively) discontinued. GertHe Posted December 30, 2024 Posted December 30, 2024 today 30.12.24 I upgraded to ver. 2.5.7 of Afffiniy Photo 2. When I want to open a NEF file from Nikon Z50II, I only get a black screen, but showing the file name and a "16.7 %" text. What is wrong Quote
