Imposition and accounting for the fold

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to print my book in 32-page gatherings. 5 gatherings for the whole book. Since I will be hand-stitching and binding, I will print double-page spreads, four pages per sheet.
Is there a setting that accounts for the fold and page thickness? In my application, the printing needs to be increasingly wide, as much as 2.5mm (5mm overall) for the outermost sheet.

Looks like this effect is called creep. It was explained in another thread that gatherings aren't supported, so creep compensation is unlikely to be supported, but Imposition Wizard does work for this.

Thankyou kindly

Please don't duplicate topics in the future. It makes it harder to follow things if different people start replying to one or the other.

I edited the original to add more context. I guess I somehow duplicated it instead... Maybe because it wasn't approved yet? Either way, I'll try to be more careful.
