Unable to get deployment instructions

Hi all,

I'm posting here as I've been unable to get deployment instructions from the support emails, as they just keep saying "I can't seem to see V2 in your account" and then never answering any questions.

So, can anyone tell me how to deploy Affinity V2 without a key?. In order to use the "free" version, affinity software would need to be installed, but support seem to think installation is unnecessary.

If you've signed-up to get the Trial, you should have an Affinity Store account.

When deploying you supply the email for your Affinity Store account and the password for that account.

(This assumes you're talking about a Personal account. For corporate or educational accounts you need to discuss with the appropriate support team directly.)

It's possible to deploy the app without any licence details but once the apps are launched they will ask for licence details, requiring everyone to manually enter their licence details. We have replied to your email recently but if you're still unsure, please reply back and I will reply and get your sorted.
