jinnyjinny Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 Hi, there. I tried to make this image on Affinity Designer. Inside of dog head shape is empty, so I can see the background color. But I don't know how to make these kind of images. Geometry -> Xor won't work what I expected. I appreciate somebody help me to solve this problem. Quote
iconoclast Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 Hi Jinnyjinny! Place the dog head on top, select both shapes and try "Geometry - "Subtract". If this doesn't work, probably the dog head shape is not closed. Quote

Alternatively, a Compound boolean (with Alt/Option key) that allows subsequent modification of shapes. P.S. If you don't mind rasterization during export, you can use Blend Mode = Erase.
