I don’t have any real comment on this one except some very small ‘niggles’:
1. I’m wondering why the ellipses in the text on left seems to be larger than the full stop.
2. The ‘fade lines’ on “VENUE” could be a little thinner.
3. The “Bring this with you…” text isn’t curved the same way as the main graphic below it.
4. I’m not sure if “You are invited…” needs an underline.
5. The ‘Emboss effect’ on the main graphic doesn’t quite seem right at the top-right and bottom left corners, but that could just be me.
6. I’m not sure if it needs the 3D effect that’s been added to the background (can be seen most on right and top).
7. The “Lets play…” ‘badge’ doesn’t have the ‘fade lines’.
8. I’m not entirely sure if the shadows on the green ‘work’ when the people are lit from the front.
9. Is a ‘sun emblem’ appropriate for February?
10. The stars in the top-left design seem to be distributed ‘strangely’.
11. Is the man fourth from left Tony Hart off-of the telly?

But, like I said, all very small ‘niggles’ and nothing major.

It certainly grabs the attention, and that’s half the battle for a flyer.

Good afternoon @GarryP

Thanks for the CC " Niggles" have addressed some of them (1-4) 1 I have absolutely no idea, they were all full stops, but as you said the last was smaller. I deleted it and re-added a full stop and it then became the same size, they were all at 12.7 before and after. One again, I am grateful for your comments.

( 5 &6 ) unchanged
(7) Fade lines added.
(8) Difficult decision with this, it was a collage of 4 images, it looks (to me) better with the shadows than without.  So unchanged.
(9) I felt so, might cheer folks up with the dark days of February.
(10) you are correct, It's one I made some time ago, it is what it is.
(11) Not as far as I am aware.

There is quite a bit written about the usage of TIL, TILL, or UNTIL and LETS or LET'S. I would leave it go as is.
