Transform panel, controls disabled for locked objects

This is incredibly minor but I wanted to know the position of a master page object on a document page, and the anchor point was set to the wrong point. I couldn't change it because the control was disabled and had to select a different object, change the anchor point, and then select the one I needed again.

When a locked object or one inherited from a master is selected, all controls in the Transform panel except for the Link and Scale Override controls are disabled. Those two controls don't do anything useful when objects are locked from scaling so IMO they should be disabled, too. But the Anchor Point control would be useful for locked objects because it changes the displayed measurements.

If everything was disabled I wouldn't even report it - perhaps those two controls being enabled were just an oversight.
