Hangman Posted August 26 Share Posted August 26 Selecting the Include File on Export when using Data Merge isn't sticky, i.e., when selected from the Hyperlink Properties window, clicking OK then editing the Hyperlink's Properties again will show the option no longer selected... The impact of this for a Data Merge is that the Include File on Export option has to be manually selected for each Hyperlink in the file after the Data Merge file is created which is painful if you have hundreds of Hyperlinks... Note: This only applies when using the From Data Merge option, the option remains sticky for files that are not Data Merged... Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted October 22 Staff Share Posted October 22 The issue " Hyperlink property include file on export not sticky when from Data merge is selected" (REF: AF-4243) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2805). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
