When I use the brush and hold Alt to select a different colour, the icon doesn't change at that moment. This leads to misclicks and it's confusing as well; I'm not sure if I've picked up the colour until I try the stroke. It's annoying.

I know that I can start dragging the cursor and see a detailed colour selection, but more often I need to make a single click to quickly work.

I'd like to see a dropper icon when I hold Alt and get confirmation feedback when I select a colour.

Thanks!

If you press and hold the letter "I" (instead of Alt) that temporally invokes the Colour Picker Tool which will change to a different icon

Thank you,

"I" actually works a bit better, but still not perfect for the smooth working process. It has some special internal timings for just a quick pick and switch to the picking tool, which causes tool mis-switches.

Also, it still, unfortunately, doesn't show the picked colour around the cursor, at least you drag the tool.
