hefler
Would be awesome to not create ½ pixel shapes! It's really disturbing specially when making an UI, to have to round up every single fraction of elements. So have an option to only have integer pixels would be very welcome! Staff MEB Posted October 16, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 16, 2014 Hi hefler, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Sometimes is useful to create ½ pixel (to center a single pixel line in a pixel grid for example), but i agree having it as an option would speed up the workflow for when half pixels aren't needed. Staff MattP Posted October 17, 2014 Staff Share Posted October 17, 2014 This was a necessity back when our stroke alignment was only on the centre of the object's wireframe as there was no other way to make a 1 pixel line appear to be 1 pixel wide (you had to align the object to half pixels and then add a 1 pixel line in order to get that whole pixel to be filled neatly) - but now it's not necessary as we have the other stroke alignment options, so we can definitely look at making this an option :) Thanks, Matt A_B_C
