AD macOS CRASH editing placed SVG's document size

Running the latest macos retail version.

Placed an SVG into a Designer document.

Double clicked placed SVG to open and edit in separate window.

Resized Document size via Document Setup (Cmd + Shift P)

Hi Ronny,

Thank you for providing the crash report, are you able to replicate this crash at all? If so does it only happen with one SVG file or is it all files?
