Hangman Posted May 10, 2024 Posted May 10, 2024 I have a feeling this is already logged but I'm unsure... Note 1: This gets progressively worse on subsequent pages in a Publisher document (which is the part I believe is already logged) but this also happens in Designer Note 2: This is not unique to the Beta but the outcome in the Beta differs from the retail version which is the reason for posting in the Beta forum... Changing the 'height' / 'length' of a stroke using three different methods gives three different outcomes for the position of the 'Transform Origin'. The Transform Origin for the stroke (at 12 o'clock) starts at the centre of the ellipse in all examples as shown below... Method One Change the height of the stroke in the Transform Panel. This is the outcome in the Beta and differs from the retail version... Method Two Change the height of the stoke manually using a mouse. When initially adjusted the Transform Origin is shown here... but when the stroke is deselected and then reselected the Transform Origin is now located at the upper end of the stroke... Method Three Change the length of the stroke in the Transform Panel... The Transform Origin ends up here... bbrother Posted May 10, 2024 Posted May 10, 2024 @Hangman to me it smells like AF-2183 or AFD-6403 or very similar. Hangman 1 Quote
Hangman Posted May 10, 2024 Author Posted May 10, 2024 @bbrother, thanks for that, yes, certainly AF-2183 and quite possibly AFD-6403... I thought they rang a bell...
