General Disarray
It's granted that most of the world still works with Rec.709 or BT.709 if you prefer. And HDR is fine, but when I'm working with textures that I want to export to Blender, I want BT.709 every time. Or, I want whatever I set it to last time. So if I've been working with BT.709 and I close Affinity Photo, then later or the next day I open it again and export other textures, I expect to be at BT.709. However, every single time I close APhoto, then open it later or the next day and I want to export textures, it's set to PQ and BT.2020, so I have to remember to change it back to BT.709. Is there a way to set that in a more permanent way?

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
