Rocker J Posted May 8, 2024 Posted May 8, 2024 This started happening when version 2 came out, I was so pissed I haven’t used the app in almost a year. I come back and there’s still no fix for it. The brushes are completely broken. Resetting them doesn’t help. Quote

Rocker J Posted May 8, 2024 Author Posted May 8, 2024 Yeah I really hate to make that assumption but that’s what had happened. Version 2 was released, and version 1 essentially broke at the same time. Forcing users to migrate to version 2 even though the first one was already bought and paid for. There was no way to uninstall and reinstall version 1 to possibly fix the issue, and no future updates because version 2 was now active. It’s all good though, I just bought version 2. There’s no reason to be complaining. Life’s too dang short to be bugged by $20, I was just super frustrated last night trying to hit a deadline with some photos and all I had were clunky broken brushes 😂. You guys make an amazing product and the fact it isn’t subscription based means the world to so many of us. Keep up the awesome work and thanks for the reply’s. Quote
