2 steps auth problem

Hi,

I can't complete the 2 steps auth process on the site because my windows authenticator can't open the affinity tab. It works for every other site/app, don't know what to do.
Any help?

What are you are you using for an authenticator app? And by "site" are you talking about the forums or the Affinity Store? They are separate.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "your authenticator can't open the affinity tab."

My workflow:

1. I open the browser tab.
2. I sign-in, supplying the email and password.
3. The site prompts for the authenticator code, which I key in. (This works with Google Authenticator and (I think) Apple Authenticator.)
