Something Broke My Brush Settings

I was playing around with the brushes to try and get some nice effects creating flowers with different tones and I managed to succeed and created some interesting effects by adding PNG files with different Hue and Luminosity jitter

I changed the brush size and it seemed to screw the placement of the two PNG files I was using - which was necessary for this to work

The effect I was creating looked like this

But then it looked like this - and it also looked like this with all the brushes I just created

As you can see the flowers and the middle bits no longer aligned

All the settings were right - I checked

I'm trying to upload these images in order to explain what I mean but even that's not working right!

Basically - if the above post which I'm trying to edit to get it looking right makes sense - I fixed this by closing the app and re-opening it

Something screwed up the settings in my brushes that I created

I had PNG files I was using aligned - and then they weren't (even though it was showing as they were in the brush editor panel)

Here I am (yet again) reporting another bug

Literally every time I use this software I spend about 50% of my time fixing problem

Is it possible for you to post the png images that you used to create this brush and which app are you using to create the brush
