mdkb Posted April 11 Share Posted April 11 Hi I understand you are busy, but I havent recieved the Affinity Publisher product I bought yesterday with paypal. No reply from support emails either. The money has gone out of my paypal account, but there is nothing in order or product on my site login. The web site errored during the transaction (Firefox). I have paypal TX number and so on. mdkb Posted April 11 Author Share Posted April 11 (edited) Thanks, I think. I did email that address not long after, along with support@, and twitter, as per the contact info on the web site. This forum wasnt mentioned on the contact form, maybe it should be. I only found out about it when I went to reddit. There they informed me they can be slow to respond. I'll be honest, I thought such a famous product would have more sales support. I dont recall ever having to wait this long to get a response from any sales point. Tech, sure. Days are often expected in tech support, but not sales. It's a new experience in "laid back" sales methods for me. Congratulations on selling to Canva, might take the work load off a bit, the team must be snowed under if it takes two days to respond to a new customer.
