Joerf3 Posted March 20 Share Posted March 20 I updated to Designer 2.4 for iPad and now whenever I try to change the font from Arial to any other font, the app crashes / closes, losing all of the work I just did. I have not installed any additional fonts so I’m only using the fonts available from the app and iOS. I have an iPad mini 6th Gen w/ iOS v 17.3.1 Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Can you have a look for a crash report and post that here? To find the report, see here. At what does the crash happen, just scrolling the list or do you get to select a font and then get a crash? Joerf3 Posted March 21 Author Share Posted March 21 (edited) Thanks for the responses. So last night when I was having the problem, I quit the app several times, and the problem kept happening. Today, it's working fine 🤪 I'm not sure what changed but I'll keep my fingers crossed that it was a one time problem. Thanks again.
