Dampsquid Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 One one hand I'd assume feature requests made in the v.1 era would have been carried over... On the other hand, you know what they say about assumptions... and this could do with a nudge apparently. A really simple request - add a 'repeat last' command under edit > undo. As described here: In my case a simple mouse tap repeats the last command in other applications - so useful!! Gripsholm Lion and CaroleA 2 Quote

CaroleA Posted December 5, 2024 Posted December 5, 2024 I noticed the same keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-Y) exists for other programs (GIMP, Word, Excel, PaintShop Pro, Camtasia). It seems like a universal functionality, a bit like Ctrl-Z that seems to exist anywhere and applies to any command. If the data is stored to be able to undo the last command with Ctrl-Z, it should also be available for a REPEAT of that same command. Right now, we can use a variety of different steps to repeat a command depending on which command it is, so nothing is generic enough to apply to all commands, which makes it less intuitive for users who have to know different ways to repeat something.
