Hi @Manjinder Singh,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Can you please provide a screen recording showing the exact steps you're taking when this occurs, so that I can investigate further and report this to our team?

If you're unsure how to take a screen recording, please see our below FAQ -

Many thanks in advance :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

Many thanks for providing that for me!

I can confirm that I'm seeing the same issue here and checking with our team it appears as though this has since been logged with our development team to be resolved ASAP.

I'll be sure to 'bump' this development report with your thread now, our apologies for any inconveniences in the meantime :)

FWIW, in AP 2.4.0 on my Mac, there is no popup slider for spacing like is shown in the OP's video, & whenever I change the spacing value, either by entering a number & exiting that numeric field or by using the scroll wheel to change it, it updates in realtime.

So I'm not sure if the Mac version should have a popup slider that is missing or what....

I can confirm that the Grid update issue is specific to Windows only, however I would expect both the Spacing and Gutter input fields to offer sliders on macOS, as shown for Windows & therefore I'll get this logged with our UI team now - thanks for raising this :)

The issue "[Win] Grid and Axis manager always uses 3 decimal point values when adjusting using slider, regardless of UI setting" (REF: AF-2450) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.4.2.2356".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
