Does anyone know if I can share a project that I've created in Affinity 2 with a Legacy Affinity user for edits and revisions? Thank you with any suggestions and pathways.

@Wendy C, welcome to the forum.

No, you can't. V2 can't save backwards compatible files.

MAC mini M4 | MacOS 26.0.1 (Tahoe) | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD
AMD Ryzen 7 9700X | Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9060 XT 16 GB  | 32 GB DDR5 6000 MT/s | Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (26100.6584)

Windows 11 Pro on VMWare Virtual Machine (on Mac)
Affinity Suite V 2.6.4

Don't waste my thoughts with useless ideas!

Your only chance is to exchange stuff in some file format which both v2 + v1 apps can deal with, as PDF. - But even here it depends also highly on used features, as v2 offers more tools & capabilities, so things v1 apps don't support.

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2

I think that the export to PDF and its format is so far removed from the tools used and their parameters, live filters, fx and adjustments that they will not be transferred at all anyway. So it doesn't really matter what tools and functions were used before saving to PDF, and if they are then also available in version 1.
