I have a question: there is some white space above the item 'heading'. (see the printscreen <kopje.jpg> I'll send hereby). How can I remove the white space up to the margin edge? Then each chapter will run towards the top margin, just as I want. How do I approach this? Please provide screenshots. Many thanks!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @AvdB-Netherlands.

Possibly the Space Before setting in the Paragraph panel or in the Paragraph Text Style?

The solution depends on your workflow that is causing this white space. There are quite a few options and settings that can be used to achieve this look.

I doubt the screenshot below showing the desired text position will help you - instead it would be useful if you show the entire screen (not just a layout detail), including the Context Toolbar, Layers panel, Paragraph panel and Text Frame panel for instance (each with the relevant sections unfolded) ... and the affected headline selected with the Text Tool.
