Vector brush jagged ends

Recommended Posts

We are now in V2.3 of Affinity Designer and the vector brush still looks like this when using a pressure stylus. This is pressure sensitive vector brush using the basic Simple Ink brush. Rope mode and Window mode make no difference, same result. Is there any fix for this or plans to finally make these look decent?Vectorbrushfail.thumb.png.ebcd2385f30619738e6964dd985b4f41.png

For me, the stabilizer does help. It just needs to be adjusted so that it makes a difference without getting in the way.

Also, what kind of stylus/tablet are you using?
I'm using an "antique" Wacom Graphire 3 which is so old that it only runs with 3rd party hacked drivers on current MacOS…

True I am using an older Wacom tablet but it still works. I am not seeing an interface to adjust the stabilizer, is that setting the pressure slider under the "More" button? Thanks!
