Text frame button in context toolbar when editing text on path doesn't work or should not be accesible in APhoto & ADesigner

When you edit text on path in AP & AD in the context toolbar a text frame button is accesible.
When you click that button nothing happens. The text frame panel does not show up.

As far as I know, the Photo & Designer text frame panel and settings have never been available unless I'm mistaken.

Eaither way, if a button in context toolbar is available for user it should work and bring the text frame panel up.
It doesn't so this is a bug. If this feature should not be available in APhoto and ADesigner, this button should not be in the context menu but it is there, so this is also a bug.

Hi @bbrother,

Good spot, I've now logged this with the developers. With the Text frame panel being exclusive to Publisher currently the 'Text Frame' panel button should not be listed in Photo/Designer.
