Two other diagnostic items, if you don't mind: In a Command Prompt, in your user directory where the .affinity directory is located: dir .affinity* and please show those results. And, with one of the applications running, in Task Manager, expand the application entry and right-click on the second line, then choose Open File Location. Then right-click on the File Explorer address bar and choose Copy Address as Text. And please show us that address.
