Hello,

I have an issue exporting a .PSD file in Affinity Designer 2 (version 2.2.1) into Moho 3.5 Pro (animation software). In the past version of Affinity Designer 1, I was able to do this, but no longer. These are the settings I'm using when exporting to a .PSD file:

But this is what I got when I tried to do an import into Moho 3.5 Pro:

I tried to do the exact same thing in Affinity Photo 2 (version 2.2.1) and was successful, as seen below:

I'm using the exact settings in Designer & Photo, as well as the same assets, but Affinity Designer seems to have a snag. As stated above, this was not a problem in version one. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Hi @Nigelum,

Are you able to upload your Affinity Designer file so we can take a look?

Affinity Designer 2.6.2 (3213) Beta | Affinity Photo 2.6.2 (3213) Beta | Affinity Publisher 2.6.2 (3213) Beta

In addition to the above, can you also please attach a copy of the .PSD files generated from Affinity Designer and Photo V2 so I can investigate this further?

Many thanks in advance :)

Thanks for providing these for me!

Your PSD from Designer has been exported to the CMYK colour space - whereas the Photo created PSD is using RGB/8.
Is it possible that Moho does not support CMYK PSD files and this is why you are seeing the difference when importing these documents? :)

(EDIT - If you need to change the Colour Space within Designer, you can do so through File > Document Setup > Colour)
