Digit89 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 (edited) I am using Designer V1 on my iPad and now consider making use of the V1 upgrade offer with a universal license. However, I would like to go for the 30 days trial for the universal license first. Now, when I select the V1 upgrade offer in the Affinity store, there is no option for the trial, it seems I only can purchase directly. Any idea how this would work? walt.farrell Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 You get the Trial by installing from the iPad App Store. That will install V2 as a separate application, in Trial mode, and you'll have both V1 and V2 on the iPad. When you're sure you want to purchase V2, you can make your purchase. Dan C Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Thanks for your post @Digit89 As Walt has mentioned above, trials for the Affinity V2 apps on iPad are handled by the iPad App Store directly - however if you wish to trial the Universal License on Desktop at the same time, you can do so by using the below link: https://store.serif.com/get/universal-licence-2/trial/ Using a trial will not change your eligibility status for the V1 > V2 Upgrade Offer, therefore anytime during or after these trials, you can simply proceed with the upgrade through the Affinity Store, to purchase the full Universal License. I hope this clears things up! Quote
