Compound Vector Layer does not update with text changes

I tried using a Compound Layer to do vector booleans with text. It works, but when updating the text, the compound fails to update after being done typing. Would be nice if it did after a short amount of time without typing as to save some processing power while typing, but make it properly update without the need to move the compound itself.

I have logged this with our developers to be investigated further I'll let you know once I have an update
