philipt18
The latest beta of Publisher on my Mac (build 1971) has been crashing a lot. I don't know the steps. In this last crash I was just editing a footnote. Of course I'm never expecting a crash, but I'll try to be aware of any specific steps I take before the next one, if possible. philipt18
Just crashed again. Build 1994. I had just did a search for a footnote I had written in an earlier chapter. I then clicked through, and was adding a line to that footnote when it crashed.
philipt18
Another crash, also built 1994, this time I was repositioning an image. I think I was using arrow keys to do it.
philipt18
And again, also repositioning an image. This time definitely with the mouse.

What are your Settings > Performance options in the beta? If you have Metal enabled, disable it and change Display to OpenGL. Good luck.
