GRAFKOM
Unfortunately, the bug in the Export window in the Beta 2.2.0.1971 Windows version has not been fully fixed. Please watch the video. I have the impression that corrected errors are not fully checked and Serif counts only on the reaction of Forum users in order to catch these errors. You really need to systematize the Export window thoroughly, unify it, improve the preview mode, give the option of setting other units than just pixels, the Include bleed switch should be in the same place every time you select .png, .tif, pdf, etc. and not like now in different places. When clicking the Include bleed switch in the File settings tab, the With bleed value is not displayed under the Size values: Shouldn't there be an Include bleed option in every extension type selection? Include bleed is missing in: .psd, .wmf, .exr, .hdr, .tga When exporting to JPEG XL is selected, the With bleed value is displayed in the Preset line: Didn't the corrector at Serif notice that? And one more question - why in some extensions the Include bleed button is in the File setting tab and in the Advanced tab and in some only in the Advanced tab? These inconsistencies have existed since version 1 and have never been standardized. I'm starting to lose hope that this will ever be fixed. There are so many uncorrected bugs in 3 programs that it's probably all uncorrectable. Maybe in 15 years? I'd really like to donate a lot of money to fix these frustrating bugs. I use Affinity software in my professional work on a daily basis, I don't want anything for free. Give Serif your account number: I'll pay money to hire an employee to test Beta versions before release. 20230825-2052-54.4536466.mp4

Hi GRAFKOM, I have reopened the issue with development, as you say JPEG XL is still functioning incorrectly and showing the bleed in the wrong place. It is also worth stating that in Publisher there are two Include Bleed checkboxes for JPEG and TIFF and on Windows only one of those (the one in the Advanced section) is enabling the 'With bleed' label. I have also logged this as well. When it comes to why some formats don't have it as an option - it was added for PDF to allow users to take their documents to get professionally printed ensuring that they still look correct when trimmed. It was then added for the more common raster formats for users who may have a workflow that couldn't use PDF. Is there anything these formats do that cannot be achieved by the others, or specific reasons why you require bleed on these formats? Just a note that when logging bugs with us please try to be clear and explain exactly what your issue is and what you're expecting. Putting all your issues in big blocks of text makes it difficult to fully understand what you mean, whereas a bulleted list that demonstrates the issue with the Current and Expected behaviour is much easier to understand and also ensure we're not misinterpreting what you mean - try to not leave any thing up to interpretation. With regards to your general feedback on the Export dialog, we are looking to improve this and make it a much more consistent experience throughout all apps, however I would urge you to make a post in the Feedback forum that clearly and concisely outlines your main issues/flaws with it. These forums are read and reviewed by the people who are able to act upon this feedback. Thank you very much,
