Hi Guys,

I have a quick question regading Affinity Photo.

Recently I'm finding that any image I export and save to my desktop is being left with an aray of ranom white lines across the image. I have no idea why this is however it is rendering any image I edit useless.

So just to be more specific. I edit the image how I like using the software. The image looks fine and I then export it to my desktop. When I open the image using any other app, the image has random white lines across it. This renders it useless.

I have tried playing around with export settings but nothing will fix it. This has only started happening recetly. Any suggestions please?

Exert from an image attached for you to see.

Thanks!

Hi @KC28,

Try disabling Hardware Acceleration in the Performance preferences and see if that fixes the issue...

Affinity Designer 2.6.3 | Affinity Photo 2.6.3 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.3
MacBook Pro M3 Max, 36 GB Unified Memory, macOS Sonoma 14.6.1, Magic Mouse
HP ENVY x360, 8 GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2500U, Windows 10 Home, Logitech Mouse
