I created a panorama in AP2 from 4 jpg mages (500 meters 18-55 lens on a Canon 90D), cropped it then applied some adjustments including introducing  a different sky. I think AP2 has done a good job.IMG_0100.JPG.39fda33bd5a52bf00a756ae7cef40fb7.JPGIMG_0101.JPG.bfd98c1cc5c542b13de0cf61ec00ee27.JPGIMG_0102.JPG.2bc0bc4d4946350687fa9354b22e5afb.JPGIMG_0103.JPG.b3bf4a3a6debdab4aee0d92f67ea2c6f.JPGviaduct.thumb.jpg.c73945c2acf29556b89b539fd3e954b2.jpg

Nice job.

For me the sky on the right does look a bit unnatural, at the transition to the bridge bows. Getting the transition right is the trickiest part of a sky replacement. And you may include the windows on the right side, and all the very bright areas under the small bows.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.
