Abracadabra affinity disappears

Hi,

i just purchased and installed affinity

After opening the sofware the window disappears

as well as the software logo in the application bar

my setup : Windows 11 Familly version 22H2

Help

I think there is a problem with a Microsoft .NET Framework component.

Please check this with the MS .NET Framework Repair tool

@huguesHold down the CTRL key and open the app, when the options appear, release the key. Leave the default options enabled but also enable Disable Hardware Acceleration and click Clear and see if this allows the app to open.

If not it may be worth checking the Windows Event Viewer logs to send in for checking, see this FAQ article for more information.
