Unless I am mistaken, in the latest version of the Serif suite (2.1.0) on macOS, the function for compiling the fonts used in a document is absent for A. Designer and A. Photo.

But, if you open an A. Designer and A. Photo file with A. Publisher, the function is available: Window menu –> Font Manager

Thank you for contradicting me if the function is indeed present in A. Designer and A. Photo (but which I did not find).

You're correct. The Font Manager is only in Publisher.

However, that is not the only way to see what fonts you have used in a document. Just choose a Text Tool, click on the font list pulldown in the Context Toolbar, and choose Used:

This will at least show you the font families you've used in that document.

Just FYI, the latest versions are at 2.1.0. Depending on where you bought them from, you either can update them from the 'check for updates' item in the application menu or via the App Store app on your Mac.

@R C-R

Oops, I made a dialing error: I did update the three software to version 2.1.0.

Besides, am I the only one to find the opening of files faster than with version 2.0.4?...

Thanks for your feedback.
