Hi @NeoBeum,

The Affinity Store and the Affinity Forum are two separate entities and the Store has only ever used an email address/password combination to sign in to Store account accounts.

I have not however been able to locate an Affinity Store account for you when using the email address on the forum to search our records.

If you are having issues accessing an Affinity Store account, please contact us privately via email (affinity@serif.com) and we can look in to this further for you.

Thanks for clarifying.

I must have purchased through the MS Store.

I'll just revive my old device and see if I can fetch the registration.

I found the receipts for my purchases for Photo and Designer from the Microsoft Store from late 2019-2020.

Am I going to have to create a *.msix to repackage V1 on my old device and transfer to my new device?

When I try to register the following occurs (attached image).

**Hmm... I may be able to install on Windows 11 - the store app has some differences when wishing to display 'Owned' Library. I managed to find the older version. Hopefully it's still able to be installed. Will post again once I check.

V1 should simply reinstall from the Microsoft Store on your new computer.

Yes it does.

The store was hiding any apps that were not currently installed, and the options were changed and I had to find how to display user owned library.
