Hi. I have some problem when using Wrap Group. After adding the perspective, the bounding box remains the size of the original one, making it hard to guess where it actually is. When I want to move this object later, I have to select it manually from the list of layers because I don't know where to click. I know I can turn this object into curves, but I would like the perspective to be editable. Unfortunately, the Cycle Selection Box does not help.

Looks like the bounding box itself isn't adjusted position & size wise accordingly together with the object during the applied transformations.

It simply needs to have a bounding box for the warpgroup.

I think Serif wants us to be only creative in finding workarounds to use their tools.

I'm getting dizzy from all that spinning and jumping.

Hi @HoueK,

Thanks for your post!

I can confirm this is currently expected behaviour when using Warp Groups in Designer, however I have logged this as a requested improvement with our team to allow the Cycle Selection Box option to switch between the original text object and the Warp Group bounding box.

I hope this helps :)

Thank you. I often work with visualizations of advertisements on vehicles, walls or in the field, which requires the use of perspective. Objects are usually copied and moved to different places in the project. The dream is the vanishing point option so that the object automatically scales to the defined plane 🙄
