Publisher "K only" problem

I have just noticed that images tagged as "K only" aren't printing on my 2 printers (Xerox 550 with Fiery and HP Pagewide). Exporting to PDF  doesn't have this problem. Anyone else with this issue?

Windows 10, Publisher 2.1

Windows 10 Pro, I5 3.3G PC 16G RAM
