TOC adding numbers before chapters and sections after update to V2.1

Recommended Posts

I updated Publisher to 2.1 this morning.  I am working on a lengthy Procedures Manual.  I made a few edits. I added 1 new page.

I then updated the TOC and now there are page number preceding the chapter and sections.  I know there is a toggle on/off for NUMBERS BEFORE HEADINGS in the TOC management window.  It does nothing.  The selection is set to off.  Tried toggling and nothing changes.

Help please!

Those look like numbers from a Numbered List Paragraph Style. Not Page numbers.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Ok, how do I get the Numbered List paragraph style out of the TOC?  How did that happen?  The first example is the V2.1 updated TOC.  The second example is what it looked like prior to the revise/update.

I am not sure where to go to fix it.  Thanks  Brenda
