Publisher Crashes When Adding a RAW File to the First Master Page in a Document

I couldn't find any reports of this issue so raising it here...

Adding a RAW image to the first master page in a Publisher Document causes Publisher to crash... adding a RAW image to both physical pages and any other master page is fine.

This also happens if the master pages have been reordered, it's always when placing a RAW image on the first master page in the list that causes the crash.

Note: This also affects 2.1.0 (1806)...

I've been able to replicate this in both 2.0.4 & 2.1.0.1799 on Windows & macOS and therefore I will be logging this with our developers now.

The issue "Placing RAW file on Master A and opening in Develop crashes app, no crash on other Master pages" (REF: AFB-7724) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1857".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
