However, Move Outside seems to do the same as Release and there is a shortcut (which can be edited) for Layer > Arrange > Move Outside in Designer, a shortcut can be set for the same in Publisher, and a shortcut can be set for Arrange > Move Outside in Photo. Nice! It would seem that Move Inside within the same group would then perform "Mask Below" operation, which can be very useful as both commands seem to be macro recordable!
