Create Paint Brush

Hi,

I´m relativley new to Affinity Photo and it´s really hard for me to get to know the software.
I´m used to Photoshop, but long time ago

 

Now, I´m trying to create a paint brush like this, but I´m a little bit lost which function could do this, or where I can get brushes (as I used to do get for Photoshop).
