Perspective Filter Always Lagging

Title pretty much sums it up. Using the Perspective Filter cause stutter, making it hard to use. It feels like it has to do with the ‘preview zoom magnifying’ circle that pops up.

Agreed it has been reported before it is terrible. The sooner they remove the pop up non magnifying glass the better.

Welcome to the Affinity Forums & thanks for your report.

As above I can confirm this issue is already logged with our development team, I believe you are correct in that this occurs when the magnifying loupe is shown when moving the perspective nodes.

I will be sure to 'bump' this with our team now to bring it to their attention once again, as we hope to have this fixed in a future update.
