Customize tools panel cuts off th

Problem

In Photo, when customizing the tools panel. Try setting the Number of Columns to a larger number. 5 or more. Then, the complete list of icons cannot be displayed.

See attached image. The lowest line of icons is cut off, with no way to scroll.

Not a showstopper, but worth noting for future development.

Hmm, this happens in Photo when Tools is undocked and there are >2 columns.

For now as a workaround just choose Dock Tools which you can do while Customize Tools is open.

Yes. Or 1 or 2 columns when undocked. Not a showstopper in any way. Still, seemed like a UI bug... actually, a papercut.
